Description

PSOAS FRAME – Deep Tissue Release Tool

Tight hips. Achy lower back. Stiff neck. Shallow breathing. Constant tension that stretching never seems to fix. A chronically tight psoas muscle can quietly affect the way your entire body feels and moves.

The PSOAS FRAME is designed to help target deep muscle tension using controlled bodyweight pressure. Its open-frame structure keeps the print lightweight and filament efficient while remaining strong enough to support full body use.

Why the psoas matters

The psoas is a deep core muscle that connects your spine to your legs. Because of its role in posture, movement, and stabilization, long periods of sitting, stress, or repetitive strain can leave it constantly tightened without you realizing it.

When this muscle stays restricted, it can contribute to:

  • Lower back discomfort
  • Hip tightness
  • Poor posture
  • Reduced mobility
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Shallow breathing
  • General stiffness and fatigue

How it works

The PSOAS FRAME uses two raised pressure points that allow your bodyweight to apply slow, sustained compression into deep muscle tissue. This style of release may help reduce tension, improve mobility, and encourage relaxation in overworked muscles.

The open-frame design also reduces material usage compared to a solid model while keeping the structure rigid and durable.

How to use

  1. Place the frame on a yoga mat, carpet, or other non-slip surface.
  2. Carefully lower yourself onto the tool so the pressure points sit near the lower abdomen/hip flexor area, just inside the hip bones.
  3. Relax your bodyweight into the tool and breathe slowly and deeply for 30–60 seconds.
  4. Adjust positioning as needed to target different areas.

More than just psoas release

The frame can also be used on other muscle groups including:

  • Glutes
  • Hamstrings
  • Lower back
  • Upper back
  • Shoulders
  • Neck area

Print notes

  • Lightweight construction
  • Strong under bodyweight load
  • Filament-efficient design
  • Best used on a soft surface for stability and comfort

Use carefully and avoid excessive pressure. If you have injuries, medical conditions, or chronic pain, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.
