Trampoline Net Pole Connector – Replacement Part

This is a 3D printed replacement connector for the net support poles of a 2.5 m radius garden trampoline.

The original connector on my trampoline broke, so I designed a replacement part from scratch, printed it in ASA, and tested it on the trampoline. The part connects the upper horizontal net support tube with the vertical pole that holds the safety net. The model was designed with strength in mind, using a specific print orientation and internal reinforcement channels to improve durability in the most stressed areas.

Recommended Material

ASA is strongly recommended because this part is used outdoors and exposed to sun, heat, rain, and mechanical stress.

PETG may work for temporary use, but ASA is the better choice for long-term outdoor durability.
