Designed to be secured with standard single-screw hose clamps, this model features mathematically calculated 45-degree chamfered grooves, ensuring a 100% support-free printing experience.

Customization via Built-in Configurator

Using the portal's built-in configurator, you have total control over the model's geometry to fit your exact application. You can easily adjust:

• Inner diameters (top and bottom) to create straight connections or custom reducers.
• Total length and wall thickness of the coupling.
• Clamp groove dimensions, including width, inset depth, and distance from the edge.
• Resolution for a smoother or lower-poly surface finish.

Recommended Print Settings (Watertight TPU)

To ensure a completely leak-proof and durable part, print using a flexible filament (e.g., TPU 95A or softer) and apply these specific slicer settings:

• Wall Loops/Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls minimum. Thick walls are the most critical factor for preventing water permeation.
• Top/Bottom Shells: 5+ layers to ensure solid caps.
• Infill: 100% (or 99% aligned rectilinear) to eliminate internal voids where water could travel.
• Flow Rate (Extrusion Multiplier): 105% to 110%. Over-extruding slightly forces material into micro-gaps for a perfect seal.
• Layer Height: 0.16mm to 0.20mm for optimal layer fusion.
• Seam Position: Aligned on the outer perimeter, strictly away from the internal sealing surfaces.
• Cooling Fan: Reduce speed (or turn off) to maximize layer-to-layer bonding.
