Brief Information about Cologne Cathedral

Cologne Cathedral is one of Europe's most famous Gothic cathedrals and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Construction began in 1248 and, after a long interruption, was only completed in 1880. Particularly striking are its two 157-meter-high towers, which define the Cologne skyline and make the Cathedral one of Germany's most visited landmarks.
