Optimized sections:
Optimized the installation dimensions of the wing servos, now supporting longer servos (the original design only supported Silverwing servos, which are expensive and not good to use)
Optimized the wing height and placement angle, allowing the A1 mini to be easily printed on two plates
Adjusted the wing infill to a lateral lattice to balance strength and weight as much as possible
Printing Notes:
- To prevent the carbon rods from being too loose or too tight, please test tolerance compensation yourself
- ABS ASA filament is recommended; PETG may warp if not enclosed. ABS ASA filament parameters are listed below and can be copied directly. If using third-party PETG, PLA Aero, or regular PLA, please test parameters yourself. Except for the motor mount, it is not recommended to use ABS filament for the body.
- If you do not need lightweighting, you can increase infill by 1-5% and outer wall thickness by 0.1-0.6 to increase strength
The motor mount is recommended to be printed with ABS. If you don't have ABS filament, it's best to use wood shims or any insulating material to prevent the motor mount from melting and failing. You can also use low KV, smaller propellers to reduce motor temperature and alleviate overheating. DO NOT use
ABS ASA filament for printing motor mounts, it is not high-temperature resistant!
Due to Bambu Lab upload restrictions, the plates cannot be too dense; manual adjustment can result in two plates. If using PETG filament, please manually enable outer brim to prevent warping.
Required Wing Spars:
- (1) 8x500 (main wing spar)
- (1) 4x420 (auxiliary wing spar)
- (4) 2x200 (wingtip support + aileron hinge)
- (2) 2x120 (tail wing hinge)
It is recommended to have the seller cut the carbon rods when purchasing, with a length tolerance of -3mm
Recommended motors: 2207 or 2306 or similar sizes
Camera size: 19×19mm
Silverwing ES08MAII servo or similar, PTK servo is recommended, it's good and inexpensive
- Battery: Any battery from 2000mAh 4s/6s LiPo to 4s1P 4200mAh Li-ion
