Description
kar98k instructional model, non-firing, solely an ornamental instructional model
Hardware: springs around 5mm-6mm in diameter, for the trigger and bolt lock, at the red circle position.
10mm spring, for the firing pin.
Print the bolt vertically, and print the bolt cover horizontally to effectively reduce layer line friction noise, but the bolt cover's supports might be difficult to remove and require sanding. You can adjust the printing layout according to personal needs
Installation challenge: Insert the firing pin tail sideways into the thread first, then rotate ninety degrees to lock it in place, as shown in the figure below
