Description

This is an angle setting tool for the 64mm ID Chinses style racks.  The Chinese suppliers call these 2 inch racks as they are designed to hold 2 inch effects, however, the actual dimensions of the box holder is 64mm.  This tool allows a Milwaukee 48-22-5602 digital angle finder to be used.  The angle finder is fairly cheap at about $30-35 and readily available at Home Depot.  This allows you to muscle around the racks when they get older and a bit sticky.  It also saves straining your neck trying to use the CraigCo angle setting triangles.  No need for your table to be level.  Set the rack and tool on the workbench.  Zero the digital angle finder and go to work.  I printed this in PETG and it is holding up well so far.  V2 is the bare tool.  When printed with tree supports you get warping as seen in the photo.  For this reason I made V3 with a small amount of material that needs to be cut off.
