This toy is an originally customized decompression keychain toy for Staccato HD C4X
This model was collaboratively designed using Plasticity and Blender. Through comprehensive and detailed structural optimization and refinement, it features high dimensional accuracy, superb appearance fidelity, and a well-organized and reasonable structural layout, ensuring solid and reliable overall modeling quality. The model replicates several classic keychain mechanisms, supporting interactive effects such as slide hold-open, ambidextrous safety, and magazine free drop, highly restoring realistic operating experience. This model does not have shell ejection or firing functions, but these features may be updated and implemented in subsequent iterative versions.
Throughout the design process, the X2D professional tool was used for product verification. Core parameters such as model structural strength, assembly fit, and 3D printability were comprehensively tested and calibrated to prevent modeling deviations and structural flaws from the source, significantly improving the success rate of finished prints and assembly smoothness. Many movable parts of the model are equipped with dedicated spring hardware, ensuring sensitive and smooth linkage mechanisms, uniform and stable rebound force, greatly enhancing the hand feel and overall durability.
The complete set of part parameters, hardware accessories details, and full assembly list are all meticulously annotated in the accompanying instruction drawings, making it convenient for users to follow for printing, assembly, and verification. This allows a wide range of model enthusiasts to self-produce, play with, and collect the model.
