Sleeve Station is a 3D-printed bulk storage box designed for collectors who need a proper home for the rest of their collection — the raw cards, the commons, the doubles, the cards in penny sleeves that don't need to be displayed but still need to be protected.

Two box sizes are included in this download — choose the one that fits your collection and your printer:

• Small box — holds approximately 300 cards (fits the A1 Mini build plate!)
• Large box — holds approximately 580 cards

Both boxes come with a removable lid and a printable wedge. The wedge slides into multiple slot positions along the inside top of the box, letting you adjust the fit as your collection grows or shrinks. No more cards leaning, falling over, or shifting around when you move the box.

Works with raw cards, cards in penny sleeves, and cards in team bags. Built for sports cards, Pokémon, MTG, and all TCG bulk storage.

Print as many wedges as you need — 1 to 2 is usually plenty per box.

The design focuses on clean, simple bulk storage — no exterior display, just protection and organization where you need it most.

Notes: I've kept infill at 15% as this model has good wall thickness and remains very sturdy at that setting. If you experience corner lift on the larger box, adding an 8mm brim and slowing the first layer to 20/20 is recommended. No supports needed.

• Light layer lines are normal and expected
