2. 120mm Display Edition: Upscaled to maximize surface pop, facial expressions, and overall shelf presence.

📐 Print Specs & Profiles

• Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm standard FDM.
• 65mm Profile Layer Height: 0.08mm Ultra-Fine (Mandatory for the micro scale to retain structural definition on the facial lines and belt).
• 120mm Profile Layer Height: 0.12mm High-Detail (The sweet spot for smooth curves on the legs and clothing folds).

🛠️ Critical Plate Removal & Cleanup Warning

⚠️ DO NOT FLEX THE BUILD PLATE TO REMOVE THE 65MM VERSION: The hand, fingers, and raised arm holding the meat are extremely thin on the micro 65mm scale. Flexing a spring steel sheet directly under the print will snap the limbs instantly. Use a sharp spatula/scraper tool to gently slice underneath the base contacts instead.

• ⚠️ High-Risk Fragile Zones: Exercise extreme patience when tearing away tree supports around the thin shoulder suspenders, the hanging locks of hair, and the floating gap under the raised arm.
• 🧹 General Post-Processing: Aside from the delicate details mentioned above, the overall mesh topology allows the support interfaces to detach very cleanly without leaving ugly scars.
