Description

The TrailGuard Fox Front Shield is a clean, lightweight mudguard designed to match the style and function of the TrailGuard rear shield. This version is built for Fox suspension forks, tested on a Fox 34 Performance with 42 mm bolt spacing across the arch.

Printed in two parts, the shield is assembled using the same bolts that mount it to the fork, plus four small glue‑on support plates for extra stability. Glue type depends on your filament choice, ensuring a strong bond whether you print in PETG, PLA, or something tougher.

Because Fox forks vary slightly, the design includes an angled spacer plate that helps you achieve the correct guard angle. You can choose to use it or skip it depending on your fork. If the angle isn’t quite right, I can easily create a custom spacer for your setup.

A clean fit, solid protection, and a unified TrailGuard look—front to back.

Installation

  • The shield has opposite tabs in the joins match these up and place a token with glue on the back
  • Mount to the fox fork with M3 bolts. They should be between 16 and 20 mm long (Depending on the spacer thickness)
