Wolfcraft Countersink Box Ø12 Ø16 Ø19
Print Profile(1)

Description
This box was specially designed for the Wolfcraft countersink set Ø12 / Ø16 / Ø19.
Each countersink has its own receptacle with a matching diameter. This ensures the tools sit securely in the box and do not immediately fall out if the open box is moved slightly.
The lid is held by magnets. Additionally, the lid slightly engages with the body of the box to ensure it is guided cleanly.
The lettering on the lid is recessed, which prevents it from wearing out quickly. If needed, the lettering can later be filled with acrylic paint or an acrylic marker.
Required Parts
8× Neodymium magnets 6×2 mm

Recommended Speed
For a better fit of the lid, I recommend not choosing too high a wall speed.
Recommended:
Outer wall: approx. 120–160 mm/s
Inner wall: approx. 180–220 mm/s
The box also works with standard speed, but depending on the printer and material, the lid may have a little more play.
Printing Notes
The body is printed with the open side facing up.
The lid can be printed with the lettering facing down on the print bed. This will give the top of the lid a nice texture and keep the recessed lettering clearly visible.
The magnet pockets are designed for 6×2mm magnets with glue. Without glue, the magnets may sit loosely depending on the printer and tolerance.
Please check the polarity of the magnets before gluing them in.
