STIHL lawn edger guide wheel

STIHL Lawn Edger Wheel Replacement Designed as a durable replacement wheel for STIHL lawn edgers/trimmers using a guide wheel setup. This wheel was modeled to replace worn or broken factory wheels while keeping smooth rolling and a clean fitment.

The open-spoke design keeps the wheel lightweight while still being strong enough for regular edging use. Uses a standard 608 bearing for smooth operation.

Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS recommended
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Walls: 4–6
Infill: 25–60% Gyroid or Cubic

Tire

Material: TPU
95A recommended
Print separately for easier installation

Hardware

2x 608 bearing

Notes

PETG works well for general use, but ASA/ABS is recommended for high heat outdoor environments.
TPU tire may fit tightly by design for better retention.
Depending on your printer tolerances, you may need slight scaling adjustments for the bearing press fit.
