Description
Greenhouse Tower – Modular & Scalable Hydroponic System
Welcome to the Greenhouse Tower, a fully customizable, modular vertical garden designed for maximum growth and efficiency! This system features a unique enclosed greenhouse design that ensures perfect humidity, while the integrated hydroponic core provides optimal oxygen supply to the roots, leading to extremely fast plant growth.

- Large Capacity: The reservoir base holds up to 12 liters of water/nutrient solution.
Filament Recommendations
- PETG or ASA: It is highly recommended to print the structural parts in PETG or ASA.
- Tip: PETG is much easier to print for most. If you use ASA, be mindful of shrinkage and warping on large parts.
- Side Panels (Printed Alternative): You can print the transparent side panels using Translucent PETG. However, to achieve good transparency, they must be printed with 100% infill, which becomes very expensive.
Hardware & Bill of Materials (BOM)
To keep the project budget-friendly, using standard plastic sheets for the walls is highly recommended over printing them.
1. Wall & Door Panels (Per Module)
For every single module you add to your tower, you will need:
- 3x Panels: 319 x 274 mm (8 mm thick) – PVC or Polycarbonate sheets recommended for the walls.
- 1x Panel: 319 x 274 mm (6 mm thick) – Used for the front door.
- (Note: Multiply these quantities by the number of modules you plan to stack!)
2. Ventilation & Lighting (Crucial for Indoor/Greenhouse Growth)
- Fans: 2x 120mm PC Fans for active cross-ventilation.
- Placement: Install one at the very bottom on one side (intake / air in) and the second one at the very top on the opposite side (exhaust / air out).
- Lighting: LED Growing Lights are highly recommended to ensure your plants get the perfect light spectrum for explosive growth, especially when used indoors or in shaded areas.
3. Plumbing & Assembly
- Water Hose: 16 mm diameter (standard hydroponic/aquarium hose).
- Silicone Sealant: For safety and to prevent any leaks, it is highly recommended to seal the joints and grooves with aquarium-safe silicone during assembly.
Print Settings Advice
- Material: PETG / ASA
- Perimeters/Walls: 3-4 for stability
- Infill: 15-20% (except for translucent panels, if you choose to print them, which require 100%).
