Textured Roll With Feather Pattern

Hey maker! 👋 A texture roller to imprint a feather pattern on soft materials.

Features:

Works on foam, clay, plaster, and more – endless creative possibilities!
Scaled to 60 mm × 145 mm with a 25 mm center hole.
Perfect for crafting, cosplay, or artistic projects.

Printing Tips:

Layer height: 0.2 mm, outer perimeter: 4.
Infill: 20%, no supports needed.
Massive support every 10 mm, top layers: 7, bottom layers: 6.
PLA or PETG recommended for durability.

If I want to combine 2 to make a larger one without effecting the detail, will the ends line up?

The design has been shifted in this direction. You have to make sure it is aligned properly, but then it should work.

I liked the look, but it turned out to be a huge roller. As a polymer clay artist and 3d enthusiasts- this roller is not so practical. Clay rollers do not need to be this fat.

You can see the size in the slicer and adjust it to your needs :) My rollers were primarily made for costume construction. The size is quite practical there. Besides, I have the dimensions in the description ;)

downscaled it to 80% (partly due to being at the end of my roll of fillament) and it came out great. will be using it to apply a feather texture to EVA foam for some bird themed cosplay armour
