Description

šŸ› ļø Support the Process!

šŸ’” What you see is what you get: Unlike many profiles that only upload digital renders of unprintable models, every single design here is fully test-printed, refined in Blender/Meshmixer, and optimized for FDM before release.

I spend hours tweaking geometries, custom supports, and wasting my own filament so that you can enjoy a flawless, hassle-free print on your first try.

If my test-printing hours saved your time and filament, feel free to keep my printers running and fuel the next project! Any support is greatly appreciated: paypal.me/mjrko84

šŸ“ā˜ ļø Whitebeard Edward Newgate - 180mm Figure

"The One Piece... IS REAL!"

Bring the legendary strength of the Strongest Man in the World, Edward Newgate (Whitebeard), to your collection. Caught in one of his most iconic and furious combat stances from the Marineford Arc, this high-detail statue features his massive signature coat sventoling behind him, his scars, and his massive Bisento polearm slashing through the air.

This model is meticulously scaled to 180mm tall. Purists looking for an even more colossal display piece can easily scale it up in the slicer to fit larger beds.

šŸ“ Print Specs & Optimized Settings

  • Total Height: 180mm (A1 Mini maximum volume friendly).
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm (The perfect balance between sharp micro-textures and print speed).
  • Nozzle: 0.4mm.
  • Print Time: ~15 Hours.
  • Filament Weight: ~200g.
  • Infill: 5% Lightning + 3 Wall Loops. (Highly recommended: the 3 walls keep the shell incredibly sturdy and hide the sparse infill lines completely, saving massive amounts of filament without losing surface quality).

šŸ› ļø Support & Post-Processing Notes

🧹 CLEANUP TIME: ~15 Minutes. Although the tree support structure might look intimidating in the slicer due to the dramatic overhangs of the coat and weapon, they are structurally optimized to detach beautifully. With a standard pair of flush cutters, you can fully clean the model in about 15 minutes.

  • āš ļø The Bisento Weapon: The polearm is integrated into the print for maximum stability. Thanks to the orientation, it prints surprisingly sturdy, but still exercise normal caution when removing supports around the blade guard area.

Technical & Creative Note: This design is based on an AI generation that I have manually refined and tested on FDM prints to ensure printability and quality. The featured photo is of the actual physical print. I’ve included AI-colored renders only as a visual reference for those who wish to paint the miniature.
