PolyDryer Box Side Mount TPU Direct Feed Bracket

PolyDryer Drybox Mount for TPU Direct Feed

This mount helps TPU printing by holding a PolyDryer Drybox atop of the X2D for direct feeding the soft TPU directly into the printhead. The Drybox makes sure the Filament stays dry during the entire print run, while the bracket secures the Box high enough for direct feeding.  It offers a very simple slip-on mounting design that just hangs over the right-side edge of the X2D to hold the PolyDryer Box.

• Easy and secure slip-on tilt mount
• Works with AMS Flipper
• Glass top does need to be removed 
• Only been used with X2D currently (will need others to verify compatibility with other models - See supplied “Mounting Test Model” for quick and easy validation)
• Not sure if the actual PolyMaker Dry Dock  Dryer fits within this bracket (I only have the Drybox, would love for someone to verify and let me know)
• Suggest to use PETG or ABS.  Have not personally tried PLA.

Three Models Supplied:

• PolyDryer Box Side Mount - Long&Strong:  The model has the bracket on its side for printing for cross-slice pattern. This make for a stronger part, but does take longer.
• PolyDryer Box Side Mount - Faster:  This model has the bracket sitting upright and prints considerably fast with less filament. It may not be as strong but still usable and holds a loaded Drybox. I'm currently using this version myself.
• Mounting Test Model:  This is a small section of the slip-on mounting section.  Just enough to do a test print and try on other none X2D printers.
