Description

The cutest and most precise “Clean-up” Bot for your workshop — tiny sweeps, big charm, zero actual cleaning!

Important: Fan Model & Intellectual Property Disclaimer
This model is categorized as "Original" because it represents a complete functional re-engineering of the character for a animatronic application. The model was completely redesigned from the ground up to be printable, articulated, and functional with electronics.

This is a Fan Model of the character Clean O Vac from the game "Five Nights at Freddy's: Secret of the Mimic". The game was developed by Steel Wool Studios, and all rights to the original character design, game, and intellectual property belong to Scott Cawthon and the respective owners of the Five Nights at Freddy's franchise.

Also Important: Clean O Vac likes to stay low—his front section is practically hugging the floor! Because he’s so close to the ground, even small bumps or uneven surfaces might cause him to scrape. So, he’s happiest on smooth, flat terrain—he’s a bit picky, but that’s what keeps his sleek look intact!

if MakerWorld only shows one part online, and if you click Import into Bambu Studio it’ll just import that one part.

Following his successful field test at Austria Comic Con / levelup salzburg 2026, I am excited to share the 3D files for Clean O Vac from Five Nights at Freddy's: Secret of the Mimic. This model was designed with a focus on game-accuracy, durability, and mechanical integration.

Mechanical Engineering & Design
This isn't just a static prop. Clean Ovac is a functional mechanical foundation designed for makers who want to bring their own animatronics to life.

Integrated Hardware Mounts: I have embedded specific internal geometry directly into the 3D model. If a component (like a servo or joint) requires a specific shape to function, that socket is already part of the print!

Designed in Fusion 360.

Scale: Life-size / Game-accurate.

Assembly & Requirements
To keep this project open and accessible, I am providing the mechanical framework.

No Code Included: For safety and security reasons, I do not provide the source code or sensitive electronic data. My goal is to provide you with a high-quality mechanical base so you can safely implement your own custom programming and logic.

Build Guide: Watch my "How He Works" Insight Video on YouTube for a full Fusion 360 breakdown of the internal mechanics!

Hardware: You will need servos and electronics to fit the integrated internal mounts (Miuzei MS-24 / RDS3218 20KG Servo / Pololu 19:1 Metal Gearmotor 37Dx52L mm 12V (Helical Pinion) 4741 / IP60-YR Linear Actuator with 100mm).

Check the model geometry in your slicer to see the specific mounting points!
