Opel / Vauxhall Trunk Side Panel Twist Knob

Did the plastic rotary clip for your trunk side trim break or go missing? This is a fully functional, 3D-printed replacement for the original GM part (OEM numbers: 90457596 / 2336964).

⚠️ Note: This model is not a 1:1 visual replica of the factory part, but it has been redesigned from scratch to be 100% functionally compatible. It fits perfectly, locks into place securely, and holds the trunk side wall carpet/trim exactly like the original.

Print Settings & Recommendations:

To ensure the locking tabs don't snap under tension, I highly recommend the following settings:

• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS is highly recommended. (Standard PLA might become brittle over time in a hot car interior during summer).
• Orientation: Print it [e.g., flat on its top face / standing up with supports] for the best structural strength.
• Infill: 20-30% (Gyroid preferred for strength).
• Wall Loops: 3-4 walls to make the shaft and locking mechanism solid.
• Supports: [e.g., No supports needed if printed top-face down / Minimal tree supports required].
