Description
Bring home the iconic and mischievous Wario with this high-precision modular 3D model!
I entirely modeled this character from scratch using Blender, with the aim of creating a high-quality figure that is easy to print and assemble, minimizing waste to the absolute minimum
🌟 Main Features
- Modular "No-AMS" Design: The model has been cleverly divided. The pieces are already grouped by color on the various plates, allowing for multi-color printing without needing continuous and costly filament changes
- Extreme Efficiency (Low Waste): Thanks to this engineering, the final figure weighs 170g, generating only 7.38g of total waste!
- Perfect Joints: All joints were made with rectangular pegs. This guarantees infallible alignment and prevents any rotation of the pieces during the gluing phase
- Dimensions: Once assembled, Wario is approximately 15 cm tall, a perfect size for display on a desk or bookshelf
🖨️ Printing Instructions
- Printer tested: Bambu Lab P1S
Recommended build plate: Bambu Textured PEI Plate (for excellent adhesion and a uniform surface finish on pieces in contact with the plate)
- Supports: Activate supports where necessary (included print profiles are already optimized)
🔧 Assembly
No need to panic about assembly! Along with the STL/3MF files, you will find an attached detailed and illustrated Assembly Manual in PDF. Each component is coded (e.g. A1, H1, D2, etc.) and the clear exploded views will guide you step by step like a real model kit
Note: A small amount of glue (e.g. cyanoacrylate) is required to permanently fix the joints and ensure maximum strength.
