Deep within the industrial and fortress temples of the devastated eastern provinces, the Steel Flame Clan preserves the forbidden union of ancient ritual arts and cybernetic war technology. Once an honorable samurai order, endless wars forced the clan to recreate itself through mechanical augmentations, bound Yōkai spirits, and experimental flame-core technology.

Each unit of the clan is bound to the Eternal Steel Flame — a mysterious energy source that combines machine consciousness with sealed spiritual power. To outsiders, the Kōen Ichizoku is no longer entirely human nor entirely machine, but something new, forged from steel, rituals, and fire.

The Shadows of the Steel Flame

This elite contingent combines the clan's strategic leadership with its most secret ritual techniques. The Daimyō of the Steel Flame Clan controls the flow of battle from the background, while cyber-ninjas infiltrate enemy formations and carry out targeted eliminations.

Fighting alongside him are the spear-wielding guardians of the inner palace guard — high-ranking samurai dedicated exclusively to protecting the Daimyō. They are supported by an Onmyōji ritualist, whose sealed talismans and spiritual machine rituals reinforce the clan's systems and destabilize enemy units.

The figures are part of a multi-part series, inspired in content and name by Japanese history and mythology, and consist of:

• Cyber Ninja Assassin
• Naginata Palace Guard

This set combines the advantages of 2D and 3D printing into a robust, functional miniature system. The figures are deliberately designed as **2.5D miniatures**: flat enough for quick and easy printing, but with sufficient depth to be present and easily recognizable on the playing field.

Compared to classic paper miniatures, these models are significantly more stable and durable. At the same time, they remain quick to produce and straightforward to handle – a deliberate **link between fast paper miniatures and detailed, but extensively post-processed 3D models**.
