Boost Me (for free)

Hi, Please consider boosting this post if you like this model. It’s free and helps me out with making new models

Custom W213-inspired front bumper side intake for Mercedes-Benz W212 E-Class Facelift Sport models (2013–2016).

Printed in PETG using 0.2 mm layer height, 15% infill, and a 0.4 mm nozzle. I used manually painted supports only on the bottom sections; no supports were used for the mesh area.

A solid version is also included for anyone who prefers a non-mesh design or wants to extrude/customize their own pattern.

All 4 parts (regular + mirrored versions) technically fit within a 256x256x256 mm build volume. The print orientation I used, along with support placement, is shown in one of the photos.

The files are uploaded at the correct real-world scale and use millimeters (mm) as the unit.

ASA or ABS may be better long-term options for heat and outdoor durability, but I am currently testing the PETG version and may print/test ASA later.

The parts can be post-processed with filler primer, sanding, paint, and clear coat if desired. I have not post-processed mine yet.

Installation notes:
Mounting holes are not included. Use the OEM trim piece you remove as a guide and carefully drill the holes yourself.

Be patient during installation and avoid forcing the parts into place. The right-half dovetail section is currently somewhat weak and can break if stressed. I may upload a reinforced version with screw holes in the future when I have time.
