Description
Students always have trouble understanding the structure of ATP, and the flat diagrams in textbooks always seem abstract no matter how they are explained?
This 3D printed ATP model was designed to turn the “energy currency” into a tangible object that can be seen and touched:
- The complete adenosine structure, composed of adenine and ribose, is fully restored
- Three phosphate groups are connected by high-energy phosphate bonds, visually demonstrating the process of ATP hydrolysis providing energy
- Modular design, simple printing, easy assembly, ready for demonstration in class
🎯 Design intention: To visualize abstract molecular structures, help teachers lower the teaching threshold, help students build spatial concepts, and make biology learning more efficient
📌 Printing tips:
- Filament: PLA (recommended)
- Difficulty: ★☆☆☆☆ no supports, print in place
- Suggested colors: Print in different colors according to the structure for a more intuitive effect
- Uses: Classroom teaching aid, student craft, science popularization exhibition
