 🚪 81.5mm Heavy Duty Butt Hinge

A strong, highly precise, and functional 3D-printable butt hinge designed for cabinets, small doors, workshop boxes, and everyday DIY repair projects.

This model has been specifically tested and optimized for Bambu Lab A1, ensuring perfectly flush countersunk holes and smooth tolerances.
 

📏 Specifications :

  • Dimensions: 51mm (W) x 81.5mm (L) x 10mm (H)
  • Design: 6 Countersunk screw holes for a flush, professional finish.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings:
For maximum strength and durability, please use the following slicer settings:

  • Filament: PLA+, PETG, or ABS (White PLA looks excellent!)
  • Layer Height: 0.16mm or 0.20mm High Quality
  • Wall Loops / Perimeters: Minimum 4 (Crucial for the hinge knuckles' strength)
  • Top/Bottom Shell Layers: 4 to 5
  • Infill: 25% - 40% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended)
  • Supports: No supports needed if printed flat. 
  • Brim: Outer brim recommended if you have adhesion issues, though not strictly necessary on a clean PEI plate.

🛠️ Assembly:
Requires a standard metal pin (if not printing the pin) and 6 standard countersunk screws. Ensure your printer is well-calibrated so the hinge leaves interlock smoothly!
