Description
Biltema 71-814 Pry Bar Wall Mount – 4 Piece Set
Designed and tested for the Biltema 71-814 4-piece pry bar set. Biltema is a Scandinavian brand, and similar sets may be sold elsewhere under different names. Other 200 / 300 / 450 / 600 mm pry bar sets, such as the Jefferson JEFBARPS04 and BGS Technic 9135, may fit, but please check the shaft dimensions before printing.
A simple wall-mounted holder for the Biltema 71-814 4-piece pry bar / crowbar set.
I designed this holder in FreeCAD because I like having my tools visible, organized and easy to grab. The mount keeps all four pry bars in place with individual slots and small retaining barbs, so they sit stable on the wall without sliding around.
The model is made as a practical workshop holder rather than a decorative part. It is intended to be screwed directly to a wall, cabinet, tool board or workshop panel.
Features
- Designed for the Biltema 71-814 4-piece pry bar set
- Holds all four pry bars securely
- Wall-mounted design
- Compact and easy to print
- Designed in FreeCAD
- Practical workshop storage solution
Material recommendation
I recommend printing this in PETG.
PLA may work, but PETG is a better choice for a workshop holder because it is tougher, less brittle and handles long-term stress better. The pry bars are not extremely heavy, but the small retaining parts should have a bit of flexibility and strength.
Print notes
I printed mine without supports, and it worked fine on my printer.
However, depending on your printer, cooling, material and orientation, the small retaining barbs may benefit from support. Check your slicer preview before printing.
Suggested settings:
- Material: PETG recommended
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Infill: 20–30%
- Walls/perimeters: 3 or more
- Supports: usually not needed, but may help under the small retaining barbs
- Mounting: use suitable screws for your wall or tool board
Notes
This is part of my ongoing project where I design holders for my own tools as I organize my workshop. I mainly make practical holders that solve small storage problems and keep tools easy to find.
This holder has been printed, mounted and tested with the Biltema pry bar set shown in the photos. It holds the tools stable in normal workshop use.
