Description

Note - You might have some small warping near the end of the print after the bridging - this is normal due to how thin the bottom plate is, and it's only visual. Once the FortiGate is sitting on the tray the sides will support the bottom plate. This section needed to be thin due to the size of the FortiGate and size constraints of the 1U plate.

Simple 10 inch rack mount tray for the FortiGate desktop firewalls.

Tested and fits the following units:

  • FortiGate-60F
  • FortiGate-40F
  • FortiGate-40F-3G4G
  • FortiGate-50E

It's currently friction fit, the FortiGate sits on the tray and the face protrudes the faceplate slightly to sit flush. This model assumes you have the rubber feet on the FortiGate as well as it is designed for the height difference. You can sit the FortiGate backwards in the tray as well, you might just need to move the back rubber feet slightly as they are close to the edges.

The faceplate on this tray is slightly larger than usual (wider and taller) to accommodate the size of the FortiGate.

As usual recommended to print in PETG or ABS as heat in the rack will cause PLA to warp.
