Description
This device is used to clamp wooden segmented rings for gluing. It uses a Spanish Windlass design. All you will need is a piece of paracord, and something to turn the cord. I used an insert for a ratcheting hex bit set.

You can see it in operation here. I printed in PETG, 45% infill 4 walls. The thinner clamp can crack if you put too much pressure on the side.
