Those supports and long printing hours really would not let me sleep, so I went ahead and redesigned the tray from the ground up, with a strong focus on being 3D-printing friendly and improving overall printability.

đ¨ HOZO NeoSander Coloured Sanding Head Tray
This is a remix of the âHOZO NeoSander Sanding Head Collection Trayâ.
This version adds coloured text labels and sanding paper grades for easy identification, organisation, and storage.
It is perfect if you want a more colourful setup, especially if you did not buy the multi-coloured sanding head collection kit.
You can also print your own sanding heads, including open-source versions available on MakerWorld, or even design your own.

Heads up: this is a lengthy print.
The profile has been optimised for:
- Text accuracy
- Definition
- Clean colour separation
- Visual quality
This means print time is prioritised less than final appearance.
Like the original model, this print requires supports. In my experience, they were not impossible to remove, but they were not as clean as I would have liked.
You will need pliers, and you have been warned đ

There are 4 plates in total:
- 1 consolidated plate for users with 3 or more AMS units
3 split plates for users with only 1 AMS
