IPEx Connector Clamp for RAK4631 boards

Description
I noticed that in our Mesh group, IPEx connectors would fall off during builds. Using glues and tape help but made other issues. This clamp is able to be removed when needed and gave piece of mind when installed. After the IPEx connectors is installed, this clamp sits on the connectors and screws into the exiting screw location. Model was designed from measurements taken directly from a Rak4631 mounted to a WisBlock 19007 base board I had on hand. Compatibility with other RAk WisBlock boards listed below will be updated soon as known.

Notes:
- This requires 1.7mm of space above the board to fit in a case.
- Printed with .12 layer height for best fit.
- While the one printed on its side does prevent sagging during print, it does make the screw holes weaker.
- Both orientations are included on the build plate.
- Screwdrivers can damage the board so be careful to not contact the board.
Compatible Boards:
RAK4631 with the RAK4630 CPU chip on it.
