IPEx Connector Clamp for Heltec Boards

Description
I noticed that in our Mesh group, IPEx connectors would fall off during builds. Using glues and tape help but made other issues. This clamp is able to be removed when needed and gave piece of mind when installed. After the IPEx connector is installed, this clamp slides over the connector and snaps to the display Studs. Model was designed from measurements taken directly from a Heltec v4.2 I had on hand. Compatibility with other Heltec boards listed below will be updated soon as known.

Notes:
- This requires 3.7mm of space above the board to fit in a case.
- Printed with .12 layer height for best fit.
- Using a flat head screwdriver between display and clamp with a gentle twist can help during removal.
- Screwdrivers can damage the board so be careful to not contact the board.
