Description

This is a functional, two-part protective case designed specifically for the AVT5388 AVR ISP mkII Programmer kit. It ensures your electronics are safe while providing full access to all essential features of the programmer.

Features:

Full Accessibility: Precise cutouts for the USB port, ISP/PDI/TPI headers, and the side jumpers (5V/3V and IN/EX selection).
Integrated Button Support: The top cover features dedicated openings for the RST (Reset) and PRG (Program) buttons.
LED Indicators: Clear view of the status LEDs (Power, Status, etc.) to monitor your programming process.
Text Labels: Embossed labels for buttons and jumper settings for ease of use.
Secure Fit: Designed to hold the PCB firmly in place using internal standoffs.

Hardware Required:

Screws: 4x M3 screws (length 6-10mm recommended) to secure the top lid to the base.
PCB: AVT5388 Programmer board.

Print Settings:

Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS/ASA (PETG recommended for durability).
Layer Height: 0.2mm for a good balance between speed and detail.
Infill: 15-20% (Grid or Gyroid).
Supports: No supports required! The design is optimized for easy 3D printing.
Wall Loops: 3 for extra strength around the screw holes.

Assembly Instructions:

Place your assembled AVT5388 PCB into the bottom part of the case, aligning the USB port and headers with the cutouts.
Place the top lid onto the base.
Secure the enclosure using four M3 screws in the corner holes.

Note: This is a 3D-printable enclosure only. The electronics kit (AVT5388) must be purchased separately from providers like AVT Shop.
