Description
The 3 in 1 design is based and thought for a daily use in the Fiber Optics Branch.
Every time at work you need something to take the fibers out from they tray or maybe you inserted the Fiber Coupler Adapter on the wrong side or whatever.
On the market are many Fiber Connector Removal Tool, but they aren´t cheap, are to big for transportation and have one use only.
Because of the need of something like that, this tool easy and fast to print comes with a trick: use for taking out the fibers from the tray, pull the protection sleeve out from the tray or even for the Fiber Optic Adapter SC simplex or LC Duplex.
3D printing settings
3D printed with PLA and/or PETG (PETG is recommended because of the heat resistant).
Settings i´ve used without problems:
❱ Filament: PLA Black / PETG Black
❱ Infill: 20 % Cubic
❱ Layer Height: 0.28mm
❱ Walls: 4
❱ Nozzle Size: 0.4mm
❱ Support Structure: Is necessary
❱ Brim: Is needed (min. 5 mm)
❱ Print time: - 16 min (with Support)
❱ Print Speed: 70 mm/s (50 mm/s for the walls)
❱ Use adaptive layers for a smooth finish
