Universal Outdoor Window Pull Handle
Print Profile(1)

Description
You know that small, super-handy external pull handle used to pull your wooden French door or window shut when you step out onto the balcony or garden? Exactly, the one that prevents the wind from slamming it open.
On one of my windows, this handle was completely missing. After searching hardware stores in vain for an identical replacement, I realized the only way out was to make one myself.
The main goal during the Fusion 360 modeling process was simple: to create a replacement that looks exactly like the original metal hardware, ensuring it blends in perfectly with the rest of the windows in the house.
At the same time, I put a lot of effort into its structural integrity. While it maintains a sleek, thin, and elegant profile on the outside, it is engineered to be incredibly heavy-duty. By optimizing wall thickness at key stress points and leveraging the strength of PETG, this handle easily withstands daily pulling forces and harsh weather.
If you need a replacement that combines original aesthetics with maximum durability, this is it!

Behind a seemingly simple replacement are hours of modeling in Fusion 360 and tolerance testing to make it look identical and perform just as well as the original hardware. Dropping a Boost is the best way to support my work and keep me motivated to share more practical solutions. Thank you
