Subaru Forester SG Rally Armor Rear Spacer

This is designed specifically for Subaru Forester models from 2003 to 2007 that have Rally Armor mud flaps, whether they're the basic or Urethane type.

It's based on the Rally Armor rear mud flaps for the Subaru Forester. This part is for anyone who has lost theirs or bought used ones that are missing the spacer.

Since this part will be under the car in the wheel well, you might be able to print it using PLA or PETG. However, if you can print with ABS or ASA plastic, that should work just as well.

I had some trouble printing this simple piece on my P2S printer with the Cool Plate Super Tack because the nozzle kept clumping due to the fast printing speed and short layer time. As the model got taller, it often got knocked off the printing surface, causing messy prints. For best results, print the part slowly; under 100mm/s for the walls, sparse infill, solid fill, and a top layer. Enable the "Slow down by height" setting starting at 13mm and ending at 27mm. I set the initial speed at 100mm/s and reduced it to 10mm/s towards the top. Adding a brim around the inside and outside helps keep the print from getting knocked off the plate.
