doll foot abduction brace (FAB)

A Doll Foot Abduction Brace (FAB) is a miniature orthopedic-style accessory designed to resemble the medical braces used in the treatment of infant foot conditions such as clubfoot. Scaled for dolls or collectible figures, the brace consists of two small shoes connected by an horizontal bar that holds the feet in an outward-turned position.

The doll FAB can be made from any 3D-printed materials. The shoes are often detailed with tiny buckles, straps, or laces to imitate real pediatric orthopedic braces. The connecting bar may must be fixed (m2,5 x 6mm) , and is usually printed in bright, child-friendly colors such as blue, pink, white, or teal.
