Sparklers are a 4th of July staple, but flying sparks can easily hurt little hands. This model acts as a robust protective barrier, safely blocking sparks and hot debris so children can enjoy the magic of the holiday without the risk of burns.

⚙️ Smart Mechanical Grip Feature

No loose, sliding sparklers here! The handle features an integrated, thumb-activated pressure gripping button.

• Simply put sparkler in the hole, lightly press the button down with your thumb to open grip the sparkler.  When done, release button to free the sparkler.  You don't have to touch the sparkler to remove it.
• When assembling the button I use a #18 x ¾" wire brad nail for the pivot pin.  This nail can be purchased at your local Home Depot store.

🚀 Print Settings & Tips

• Filament: PETG or robust PLA (PETG is highly recommended near the shield center for slightly better heat resistance against stray sparks).
• Supports: No supports required if oriented correctly on the build plate.
• Multi-Color: Easily color-separated by layer or object in your slicer for that perfect festive pop.
