Description

This 3D-printed enclosure houses two 18650 cells alongside a compact and cheap USB-C fast charging module, turning readily available batteries into a fully-featured power bank. The design prioritizes repairability — cells can be swapped in seconds without any tools. A side-mounted button activates a built-in LED display showing the current battery level, so you always know your remaining charge at a glance.

The integrated module supports up to 22.5W output with a wide range of fast charging protocols including PD3.0/PD2.0, QC4+/QC4/QC3.0/QC2.0, AFC, FCP, SCP, SFCP, VOOC, and PE2.0/PE1.1. On the input side it handles PD3.0/PD2.0, AFC, FCP, SCP, and PE1.1, with USB Type-C Try SRC support and BC1.2 DCP / Apple / Samsung compatibility. Charging efficiency reaches up to 95%.

Assembly requires 2× M1.6×8 screws for the board and 4× M2.5×16 screws with 4× M2.5×L6×D3.5 heat-set inserts.
