Description
Upgrade your workspace with this Modular Under-Desk Drawer system. Designed with a modern geometric pattern, this drawer is not only functional but also a statement piece for your setup. The design is highly versatile and offers different versions depending on your needs:
Available Versions:
Modular Version (Screwless): The main design. You can expand and connect as many drawers as you want side-by-side! They join seamlessly using small press-fit connectors (no glue required). This version is designed to be mounted using strong double-sided tape for a clean, drill-free installation.
Screw-On Version (Non-Modular): If you prefer a heavy-duty, permanent attachment, this version includes built-in tabs to secure it with screws under your desk. Please note: This specific version is non-modular and does not have side slots to expand.
- Standalone Version (Non-Modular): Looking for just a single drawer? A dedicated profile is included, featuring clean sides without any connection slots or screw tabs.
Dimensions & Scaling:
- Outer Dimensions: 198 x 186 x 44 mm.
- Scaling Note: If you wish to resize the drawer, please scale uniformly (%) in your slicer. Do not change individual axes (X, Y, or Z) separately, as this will distort the geometric pattern and the connection tolerances.
Important Design Notes:
- Fit & Break-in Period: You might notice the sliding action is slightly firm at first. This is intentional. The tolerances are designed to "break in" with use, ensuring a perfect, wobble-free fit over time rather than becoming too loose after a few weeks.
- Optimized Print Profile: The provided print profile includes custom-tuned settings and the minimal supports required, based on my successful test prints.
Recommended Print Settings:
- Material: PLA, PETG.
- Supports: Minimum supports required (already configured in the Print Profile).
- Orientation: Printed as oriented in the file.
