The design is functional, but safety depends on how you print and use it:
Material: It is highly recommended to print this object using a certified "Food-Safe" PLA filament or PETG. Avoid regular PLA, which may contain additives not suitable for food contact.
Cleaning: Always wash it only by hand with warm water and mild soap. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER: high temperatures would deform it and promote bacterial growth between the print layers. Use it only with cold doughs.

Material: PLA Food-Safe or PETG
Layer Height: 0.2mm (for a good balance between speed and detail definition)
Perimeters: 3 (to give solidity to the cutting edges)
Infill: 15-20% (Grid or Gyroid)
Supports: Not necessary.
Orientation: Print it with the flat base (the grip) resting on the print bed.
