Description

WALL SAVER

Model updated with a pilot hole for easier and more accurate installation

The perfect fit for mounting devices without drilling holes into your walls.

Designed to slot directly into standard device mounting holes, the Wall Saver creates a clean, secure hold while still allowing devices to be easily removed for charging, battery changes or maintenance.

• Precision-fit mounting peg design
• Available in Standard & Oversized variants
• Holds up to 3kg securely
• Quick peel-and-stick installation
• Easy to remove and remount devices anytime
• No wall damage, no tools required

Perfect for routers, speakers, sensors, lights and battery-powered devices.

For best results, use strong grey or black 3M mounting tape for maximum grip and long-term hold.

May not be suitable for easily drilled walls like painted plasterboard where the damage from a small hole would be negligible.

For removal, a thin nylon thread or dental floss recommended to remove the peg, isopropyl alcohol to remove the adhesive, use at your own risk.

Ironically, 3M UHB tape will absolutely destroy the finish of certain surfaces when you try to remove it from your walls. Will definitely destroy painted Sheetrock. So, be cautious. If you’re sticking it to a hard non-porous surface that would have been hard to drill into anyhow (like marble or tile) then you’ll be ok. I think that type of surface is where the real value of this design comes out.

Had the same thought looking at the title picture. I'd much rather patch up a tiny screw/nail hole than the mess 3M would make. Tile saver for sure though.

I absolutely loathe these ChatGPT title images. Wouldn't trust the model itself to hold anything either, unless you print it upright. Otherwise the layer lines will be the fault lines.

i designed a piece like this and i try my design with more than 28kg (i added a big acrylic base between 2 pieces to add more vhb adhesive) so i can say this design will work and don't will fail/break because the direction of the print (and 3kg isn't too much to break it) but if you want more strenght just do a little hole/ tube at the center

won't those supports printed flat just snap between two layers?

With the weight these need to hold the layer adhesion is certainly more than good enough, 3d prints really aren't that week unless your layer adhesion is really bad, I put up a shelf with a rather heavy fan heater and its fine, just make sure your layer adhesion is good

"no wall damage" Well let's see when you rip that 3m mounting tape off from the normal walls. Might work well on tiles but everything else is bad
