I created this new version for a very simple reason: I personally switched to smoking 100s, so I needed a box that actually fits them!
Based directly on my original minimalist model, this is the upgraded, longer version specifically designed to fit 100s (Superkings) cigarettes (up to 100mm in length). To give it a more stylish and classic look, this version features an embossed ZIPPO or IRON MAIDEN logo on the front.
And also clean one - with NO LOGO on the front.
It retains the same sleek and practical design. It neatly holds exactly 10 cigarettes, serving as a perfect, durable, and highly compact alternative to traditional cardboard packaging that easily gets crushed in your pocket or bag.

- Easy Mechanical Assembly: Features a robust hinge mechanism. No metal screws or pins required! All you need is a short piece of standard 1.75mm 3D printing filament to act as the hinge pin.
- Secure Closure: Designed with a reliable snap-latch mechanism to prevent accidental opening.
Printing & Assembly Instructions:
- Orientation: Import the files into your slicer. Both parts are oriented for optimal printing with no supports required. If you have an AMS, you can easily color-fill the logo for an awesome look!
- Filament: PLA works beautifully for standard use, but PETG or ASA can be used if you require higher temperature resistance (e.g., leaving it in a hot car).
- Assembly: Place the lid and the main body together, aligning the hinge holes. Take a small piece of 1.75mm filament, push it through the hinge hole, cut off the excess, and gently melt/flatten the ends with a lighter or a drop of superglue to secure it in place.
