SSI Schäfer Bin Hinge Pin (120L–240L)
Replacement part for the hinge pins of SSI Schäfer refuse bins with a volume of 120 to 240 liters.
This version is shortened. It is used when the inner part of the broken original bolt is stuck in the hinge channel and cannot be removed. The bolt is inserted into the remaining opening and glued in place.

Recommended Material
- Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS (weather- and UV-resistant). Do not use PLA.
Assembly Instructions
- Thoroughly clean and degrease the hinge opening.
- Check the bolt for fit dry.
- Apply adhesive (e.g., 2-component epoxy resin or superglue) to the front shaft.
- Press the bolt into the hinge until it stops and allow the adhesive to fully cure.
Notes
- Dimensional accuracy: Depending on the age of the bin and shrinkage of the print material, scaling in the slicer by +/- 1–2 % may be necessary.
