🖨️ Recommended Print Settings (FDM)
To achieve the best finish and ensure the necessary strength for RC driving, follow these recommendations:
- Material: * Wheel/Face: PETG HF Silk Gold / Bronze (for that premium metallic look).
- Tire (Optional): TPU (if you print a flexible tire)
- Layer Height: 0.12mm to 0.16mm (adaptive layers are recommended for the smooth curves of the rim and spokes).
- Infill: 25% - 40% (Gyroid or Grid for optimal structural strength).
- Walls (Wall Loops): 3 to 4 walls for increased impact durability.
- Supports: Minimum supports needed, depending on your printer's bridging performance (support is recommended on the inner hex area).
🔧 Assembly and Compatibility
- Scale: Standard 1/10 RC scale (can be easily scaled up or down in your slicer to fit 1/8 or micro 1/24 models).
- Fit: Compatible with standard 12mm hex.
