Raised Feet for Vevor Diesel Heater (All-in-One)

These precisely fitting feet were specially developed for Vevor's all-in-one diesel heaters (and similar models). They significantly raise the device to create more ground clearance for the intake and exhaust hoses and to place the heater stably even on uneven surfaces or soft ground (e.g., lawn, gravel, roofing felt).

Features:

• Perfect Fit: The feet utilize a clever T-slot design and are simply pushed onto the heater's original plastic feet. No screws needed!
• Optimal Pressure Distribution: The extra wide, rounded plate prevents sinking and ensures a secure stand.
• Hose Clearance: Enough space under the device to route the hoses without kinks.
• 💡 Maker Tip for Ground Anchoring: If you want to firmly screw the feet down (e.g., on a lawn while camping), you can easily insert negative parts / cylinders into the base in the slicer (e.g., Bambu Studio). This allows you to generate individual screw holes in no time, for example, to stably anchor the feet to the ground with washer head screws!

Print Settings (Tested & Recommended)

For the necessary stability and weather resistance outdoors, I recommend the following settings:

• Material: PETG, PETG HF (as in the photo) or ASA (for maximum UV resistance). Do not use standard PLA for outdoor use or in direct sunlight.
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Wall Loops: 4 (Important for the stability of the T-slot)
• Infill: 15% Gyroid (offers the best omnidirectional stability with minimal material usage)
• Support: Minimally required depending on the T-slot orientation. If the feet are printed on the large plate, Tree-Support is recommended for the overhangs of the slot. When oriented as in the .3mf, no supports are needed.
