Toolgrid Base Plate 152mm and 304mm (6 & 12 in) Sq
Print Profile(2)

Description
This is a skeletonized Toolgrid Baseplate. It is designed on the Toolgrid standard spacing (3.5 mm holes on 9.5 mm centers) and will fit any Toolgrid compatible holders. I chose to skeletonize it because there is no need for a full bottom layer when using Toolgrid as each hole supports the plate fully. Saves a bit of print time and filament this way without sacrificing durability. It has two center ribs that run the distance of the plates to give additional stiffness to the plate.
Also, I added score lines in between every hole along both the x and y axis. These score lines serve several purposes.
1. They break up the length of the first layer runs to eliminate warping due to shrinkage.
2. They serve as a guide if you need to trim the squares to fit the edge runs for your drawer size.
3. They also add a little texture to the surface and just look good!
The base plates come in two sizes that can be mix and matched: 152 mm square (6 in) and 304mm square (12 in).
(The 304 mm can only be printed on H series printers, but the 152 mm base plate will print on any Bambu printer.)
The connectors have a tight tolerance and you may need to gently tap them in, but with the shape geometry they have and the snug fit, you will NOT need to use any glue to hold the plates together.
The screws I recommend to secure holders to the grid are M4 x 10 mm rolling thread screws. These are the screws I use (Ordered from Amazon). Standard machine threads will also work as long as you don't over torque the screws.
Happy Organizing!
See how I am creating order in my shop with these other models. Might find something that is useful to you also!
