Description

A container I created to facilitate small batch loose leaf tea exchanges with coworkers. A reverse threaded filter cup mounts onto the body with a sealed compression fit, forming a dust catching chamber below.  The Cap is normal threaded, so over-tighting of the cap only results in loosening of the filter cup. There is a small (normal) version and a tall version.

The cap retains a tool which is designed to assist with marking paper with the size needed to properly fit in the jar's label slot. slide paper into the corner of the slit in the tool, and depress the donut shaped area, which grabs the paper in place firmly. now use your fingernail to score the edges against the paper, leaving a perfect mark to follow when cutting with scissors. You can also just use a blade to cut the paper when grasped in the tool, but I feel this is less safe.
