Boost Me (for free)

Boost Me (for free) 🚀 Support my work with a Boost! If you find this case useful for your Pavo 20 Pro II, please consider leaving me a Boost! As this is my second project on MakerWorld, every bit of support is crucial to allow me to continue designing free accessories for the FPV community

Protect your Pavo Pro II with a robust, functional, and uniquely styled case. This project was created for those seeking maximum protection in an optimized design. Thanks to the custom lid, your FPV kit will have a professional look and be instantly recognizable

🛠️Technical Specifications & Hardware

To complete the assembly of this case, you will need:

  • Hardware: 8 M3 x 25mm screws to ensure a solid and durable closure
  • Filament Consumption: Approximately 100g in total, a featherlight weight for maximum strength
  • Recommended Materials: PETG or ABS for superior mechanical durability and thermal resistance

🖨️ Print Plate Guide (AMS Ready)

The file is organized into 3 plates for simplified management:

  • Plate 1: Two-color Betafpv Logo Lid. This is the only plate that requires the use of AMS or filament changes to make the logo stand out
  • Plate 2  Structural part of the case (monochromatic print)
  • Plate 3: Pins and small parts needed for assembly

💡 Why choose this design?

  • Precision Fit: Millimetrically shaped to the Pavo 20 Pro II's contours to prevent internal movement
  • "Tough" Structure: Walls reinforced at stress points to withstand impacts during transport
  • Efficiency: Only 100g of filament for complete protection

🔧 Quick Instructions

  1. Load the print profile and select the colors for Plate 1
  2. Use the 8 M3 x 25mm screws to secure the hinges and close the case
  3. Insert your drone and fly worry-free
