Do you need to mount a plexiglass (or acrylic glass) splashback panel in your kitchen but are looking for an elegant and custom solution?

I designed this wall spacer with a hidden screw cap precisely to solve this problem. The design is intended to keep the panel firmly anchored to the wall, maintaining a clean and minimal aesthetic thanks to the cap that completely hides the fixing screw.

Ideal for protecting the wall behind the hob or sink, giving the kitchen a modern look.

• 2-piece design: Base to be fixed to the wall and threaded cap to secure the panel.
• Invisible fixing: The wall screw completely disappears inside the support.
• Easy to assemble: Thanks to the thread, securing the panel takes only a moment.

🛠️ Assembly Instructions:

1. Fix the threaded base to the wall using a standard wall plug and a screw (the central hole is countersunk to accommodate the screw head).
2. Position the plexiglass or glass panel (previously drilled) by aligning it with the bases.
3. Screw the front cap into the base to securely fasten the panel.

⚙️ Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PETG, ABS or ASA highly recommended. Being potentially near kitchen hobs, PLA might deform with heat.
• Layer height: 0.16 mm or 0.20 mm (0.16 mm recommended for better thread quality).
• Wall loops: 3 or 4 to ensure excellent mechanical strength (it must support the weight of the panel).
• Infill: 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Cubic pattern).
• Supports: Not necessary if correctly oriented on the print bed.
