Description

The Assassin Pen V2 is a functional G2 refill pen with a fully mechanical BB launching mechanism built inside.

For the best results, use the print profiles I uploaded.

If you are using a different slicer, do not use automatic supports. Automatic supports may generate internal supports inside the pen body, in places where they cannot be removed.

Use supports only in the following areas:

Bolt and Bolt Guide

Print the bolt and the bolt guide in the orientation shown in the image below, with supports only where shown.

Pen Body

For the upper pen body, add supports only under the bolt rail, as shown in the image.

Do not add automatic supports inside the body.

For the lower part of the pen body, print it without supports, but make sure to use brim ears or a similar bed adhesion method to keep the part firmly attached to the print bed.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Before installing the internal parts, gently screw the upper and lower body sections together.
Do this slowly the first time to make sure the threads engage correctly. The first few turns may feel tight, but this helps the printed threads wear in slightly and fit together more smoothly.
  2. Insert a standard G2 ink refill with its spring into the lower body section.

  3. Insert the bolt guide into the upper body section.
Make sure the bolt hole is visible through the bolt rail. The bolt guide is symmetrical, so its direction is not critical.

  4. Press-fit the bolt into the hole in the bolt guide.

  5. Screw the two body sections together.

The pen is now ready to use.

During the first few uses, it may be a bit difficult to load the BB and fire the mechanism. This is normal. After a few cycles, the printed plastic parts will wear in slightly and the mechanism should become smoother.

Safety Warning

This pen can launch BB pellets. Do not aim it at people, animals, or especially eyes. Use responsibly and wear eye protection when testing.
