Description
This TPU version of the Galaxy Buds 4 / 4 Pro Military Armor Case is a flexible protective shell designed specifically for the original Galaxy Buds 4 Pro charging case. It keeps the same rugged, military‑style look as the PLA version, but all tolerances were refined and tested for TPU to take advantage of its grip, shock absorption, and flexibility.
It adds a tough, angular outer layer with raised edges to help protect the charging case from scratches and small bumps in daily use, while remaining comfortable for pockets, backpacks, and desk setups.
TPU‑optimized design
- Inner cavity modeled around the real Galaxy Buds 4 Pro charging case
- Clearance tuned specifically for TPU, giving a snug, secure fit with no wobble
- Flexible walls allow the case to slide in and out smoothly without excessive force
- Because of the TPU grip and tight tolerances, you do not need any tape, pads, or adhesive to hold the charging case in place
- LED window positioned so the notification light stays clearly visible in normal use
- Angular “armor” exterior inspired by military / tactical gear
- Raised corners and edges to help with impact protection on desks and inside bags
- Flat bottom so the case can stand stable on a desk or shelf
Printing & included 3MF file
This model comes with a ready‑to‑use 3MF file that opens directly in Bambu Studio.
The 3MF already includes the TPU‑oriented print settings I used to get the fit and finish shown in the photos:
If you are using a Bambu Lab printer, you can simply open the 3MF, select your printer and TPU profile, and print.
Other FDM printers can still use the STL and manually copy similar TPU‑friendly settings.
Fit & usage
- Slide the original Galaxy Buds 4 Pro charging case into the TPU shell from the top
- The TPU flexes slightly during installation and then “locks” the case firmly in place
- Thanks to the material grip and tuned tolerances, no double‑sided tape, foam, or adhesive is required
- The case works great as a daily protective shell for backpacks, pockets, and desk use
Notes
- Designed from real‑world measurements and adjusted with both PLA and TPU test prints for accurate tolerances
- Galaxy Buds and the original charging case are not included – this upload is only the 3D printed armor shell
